MODEL CALL INTEREST FORM
Thank you for your interest in allowing your baby to be a newborn model for Mia Landry Images. All model sessions will be held in Mia's home-based Newborn Photography Studio in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Please carefully review the terms and details below about Newborn Model calls. If interested in participating, fill in the form below and submit once completed.
** Newborns modeling for Mia Landry Images must be between 4 - 21 days old on the scheduled date of the model session. **
In exchange for your time, you will receive 2 complimentary digital images of your choosing via digital download. Model session clients will have the opportunity to purchase additional images at the current rate per image; however, this is not a requirement.
Requirements for consideration:
- Model clients will need to be willing to sign a model release form. This form is an agreement between both parties that allows me to share the images from the model session for business purposes including, but not limited to social media, website, marketing materials, print product studio examples, promotions, publications, etc. Parents who prefer not to have their images posted online or used for advertising, publication, etc. should formally inquire about a paid session via the contact page on my website.
- Model clients will be provided with a Newborn Session Preparation Guide. By filling in the form below, the applicant agrees to follow these instructions to the best of their ability (this is very important for setting us up for a successful session).
- Model clients may choose 1 color for either table poses or prop poses. Because most model sessions are intended to teach or showcase new items and props, model clients will not be able to choose colors to coordinate with their home decor, nursery colors, or baby theme.
- Model clients must be comfortable with a pacifier being used for soothing. They must also be comfortable with their baby being swaddled & posed.
Upcoming model call session dates & details:
**Position Filled** - May 17th, 2024 @ 10:00 a.m. @ Mia Landry Images studio location; Baby Only; 1 - 2 hours of session time in the studio; prop poses & table poses; this model session is needed to feature new items & less commonly picked colors in my prop collection.
Ongoing Model Call: Newborns are needed occasionally for mentoring (teaching) other photographers through in-person, 1 : 1 and 1 : 2 classes at my studio. Newborns may also be needed for showcasing new studio props and swaddle sets. If a baby is needed for a model session, Mia will contact you about further steps to book your newborn model session.
